Dear Member, 

Please be informed that the M7 trading system will be under maintenance on Tuesday, 23 April 2024, impacting all SEMOpx Intraday continuous markets from approx. 18:40 to 21:15 BST (19:40 to 22:15 CEST).

This maintenance is related to:

• Deployment of M7 6.17
• Including mandatory M7 CT 6.17
• Activation of mandatory 2FA use

IMPORTANT: Use of 2FA / TOTP will became mandatory following this maintenance. Failure to activate before or immediately after the MW will result in loss of access to the trading system. It is highly recommended to activate this in Production before the maintenance.

We kindly ask you to log out from ComTrader or your API before the maintenance begins and to restart ComTrader or your API once it is finished. 

We also would like to remind you to use the latest version of ComTrader available here: https://portal.m7.energy/semo/extra/

Note that the new 6.17 ComTrader version will become active after the maintenance window. Until then, please, use the current 6.16 ComTrader version.
