Dear Market Participant,

We would like to notify Participants that this Pricing Dispute has been upheld.

Two issues were identified which have resulted in a manifest error in the calculation of the Imbalance Price, over the disputed timeframe:

1.      A data error resulted in incorrect Dispatch Instructions being applied to the Imbalance Price calculation, for a number of wind units. This issue impacted from 07:00, on the 11th August to 22:00 on the 15th August 2019;

2.      A Trip Dispatch Instruction was not applied in the Imbalance Price calculation, impacting from 11:00 to 14:30 on 15th August 2019.

The Market Operator will keep Participants informed of the plan for repricing via the Market Operator User Group (MOUG) forums.

As per Agreed Procedure 14, Section 3.1, the Market Operator would like to notify all Market Participants that a Pricing Dispute has been received for the period starting 07:00 on Trading Day 11th August 2019; to 22:00 on Trading Day 15th August 2019.

 

The Market Operator will keep Participants informed of the progress of this Pricing Dispute.
