M+4 Settlement Statements and Reports have been published and are now available for Settlement Dates 30/12/2018 to the 01/01/2019 for Week 52 2018.

These report publications will be included with Settlement Documents due to issue on the 4th Oct 2019.

M+4 Settlement Statements and Reports were also inadvertently published for Settlement Dates 06/01/2019 to the 08/01/2019 for Week 1 2019.

These report publications will not be included with Settlement Documents due to issue on the 4th Oct 2019, and will be included with Settlement Documents due to issue on the 11th Oct 2019.
