A correction has been made to the timings in the below message. The time will be set back from 02 to 01 am,  not 03 to 02 am as previously communicated.

Dear Market Participants,

On Sunday 27th October 2019, the time will be set back one hour from 02 to 01 am due to the transition from day-light savings (DST) to normal time.  

A technical bulletin and xml generation tool has  been prepared to aid Market Participants in case they encounter an LCF when submitting offer data for Trading Day 27th October 2019. The bulletin can be found here and the xml tool can be found here.
