EirGrid and SONI have published a revised
weekly constraints update for Week 21.
The revision includes an update to the 400kV Network transmission
constraint group limit (S_NBMIN_MP_NB): There must be at least one unit on load
when Ireland wind is less than 1,000 MW. This is required to support voltage in
the West and the 400 kV network.
In addition, the value for Maximum Moyle Export has been increased
from 380 MW to 400 MW.
