Reminder:  M7 6.9 Go-Live TODAY 15/07/2020 

Dear Member,

On 15th July 2020, there will be a M7 maintenance window due to the planned M7 6.9 Go-Live.  

The corresponding M7 unavailability is as follows:  

Outage Timing:

15th July 2020 // approx. 18:40 BST - 22:15 BST (19:40 CEST -  23:15 CEST)

Outage Purpose:

• New M7 6.9 release
• New mandatory ComTrader version 6.9.57  (*download link below)
• M7 API: Introduction of new SIDC/XBID remote orders UNKNOWN state (please see DatanewZ from 22.06.2020)

Restart of Trading:

Approx. 22:15 BST (23:15 CEST)

Please do not use the new ComTrader client 6.9.57 for trading purposes prior the official deployment, to avoid any intervention with the current M7 6.8 backend.

We kindly ask you to log out from the old ComTrader version before the maintenance starts, and reconnect to the new ComTrader version once it is finished.
