Dear Market Participant,
We have carried out an internal review of all Participants
Fixed Credit Cover requirements.
In accordance with Section K.2 of the Capacity Market Code,
the final Annual Capacity Exchange rate for 20/21 has been used in the review.
The review carried out is to ensure that the Participants
meet their Credit obligations under the TSC Part B and to facilitate the
efficient, economic and coordinated operation, administration and development
of the Single Electricity Market in a financially secure manner.
The results of which have now been uploaded into the Credit
system, and are available to view on your Collateral report via the MPI.
