advance of the short day clock change on the 28th March 2021 we have published
a Limited Communications Failure (LCF) short day .xml tool, which can be found here.
A technical bulletin has also been
prepared to aid Market Participants in case they experience an LCF when
submitting offer data for Trading Day 28th March 2021. This bulletin can
