Dear Market Participants,
The Capacity Year 2021/2022 begins on 30/09/2021 at 23:00. In advance of the start of the new Capacity Year, please ensure that you have reviewed your obligations associated with any Awarded Capacity for the 2021/2022 Capacity Year. In particular, Participants with Awarded New Capacity, should have regard for Chapter J of the CMC, where the requirements for achieving Substantial Completion are described and more generally Participants with Awarded Capacity, both Existing and New, should ensure that they are meeting the obligations detailed in Chapter I of the Capacity Market Code.
