Dear Capacity Market Participants,

The issuance of the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions in respect of the 2024/2025 T-3 Capacity Auction will take place today, Tuesday 19th October 2021. Participants will be advised once the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions are available to be viewed on the Capacity Market Platform.

In respect of the submission of Applications for Review in accordance with E.9.3.1, the Prescribed Timeframe set out in the Capacity Auction Timetable is the end of the second full Working Day after the relevant decision is notified to the Participant. On this basis, Applications for Review will be accepted until Thursday 21st October 2021.

Similarly, in respect of the rejection of non-complying Applications for Review in accordance with E.9.3.3, the Prescribed Timeframe is the end of the second full Working Day after the Application for Review is received by the System Operators. On this basis, non-complying Applications for Review will be rejected by Monday 25th October 2021. 

The process will continue thereafter in line with the dates set out in the Capacity Auction Timetable, CAT2425T-3, with the next event System Operators request for further information Date also taking place on Monday 25th October 2021.
