By way of update, the
conditions that prevailed at the time of the implementation of the EU-UK Trade
and Cooperation Agreement in relation to the import and cancellation of
European Guarantees of Origin (GOs) and UK Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin
(REGOs) continues to remain unchanged.
The same restrictions on
the import and cancellation of GOs and REGOs, as outlined in our previous market message still apply.
These conditions for the
import and cancellation of GOs and REGOs, should be considered relevant for all
future Fuel Mix Disclosure years, until such time as SEMO communicate otherwise.
This includes FMD 2021 and all subsequent FMD years.
