Dear Market Participant,

We have identified the root cause of the 30 Minute Imbalance Pricing issue that occurred both yesterday and today. The issue was caused by a system constraint. The likelihood of the constraint reoccurring in the coming days is low, however we will be monitoring the situation closely. We are progressing a fix with our vendor which will be deployed as early as possible and communicated to you once released to production. 

More details will be provided in the call tomorrow morning at 9:30am.   Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Market Participants,

Further to our previous correspondence regarding the 30 Minute Imbalance Pricing issue, please be advised that we are seeking a resolution as quickly as possible. While the 30 Minute Price has generated in the last two pricing periods, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will advise if the problem is now resolved.  In the interim, please use the 5 Minute Price to calculate the Average Price for any missing 30 minute period. Once the issue is resolved the prices will be re-published in the MPI and the reports can be made available.

Settlements will be not be impacted as a result of this issue.

Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

Dear Market Participants,

We are aware of an issue with the 30 minute Imbalance Price that occurred twice yesterday afternoon. This issue is reoccurring this morning and is on-going.

We are currently investigating this issue with urgency.

Please be advised that all 5 minute prices have published successfully. These prices will be used to calculate any missing half hour prices.

We will provide an update as soon as possible.
