As per the market message from MarketOps earlier today 11/06/2019:

Please be advised that the XBID project has planned a maintenance tomorrow,12/06/2019.

This maintenance covers a necessary XBID hotfix as well as an update on the technical price limits in XBID and M7.
Due to this update, a short M7 Market Halt is required from approx. 08:00 until 08:15 BST.
