Dear Market Participant,

SEMO would like to advise participants there will be a delay with the publication of the following settlement documents due for 12:00 p.m. on Friday 15th May, and will not be published until Monday 18th May at the earliest.

• INITIAL BALIMB - (03/05/20 – 09/05/20) – Week 18 2020

• M4  BALIMB - (08/12/19 – 14/12/19) – Week 49 2019

As reported on the recent market participant call, SEMO Settlements were experiencing an Instruction Profiler push issue with the processing of settlements data.

Testing of the software fix provided from vendor has completed successfully for this current IP issue, with the fix applied to settlement production systems yesterday evening.

The specific issue will be reported in the Known Issues Report due for the 15th May 2020 - "#164,630 MMS (Market Management Systems) settlement data push time out issue for settlements data".

Settlements have started the processing of the backlog of indicative & initial settlement publications, but the initial settlement publications will not be processed in time for settlement document publication due Friday 15th.

As a result of this delay, payment dates will be adjusted accordingly.

We will also provide further updates throughout the course of the day on Friday 15th.
