Dear Market Participant, 

The SEMO Market Helpdesk will be unavailable from 14:00 on 24th December 2020 up to 09:00 4th January 2021 with the exception of the 30th and 31st of December 2020.  This includes info@sem-o.com and non-urgent phone lines.

The SEMO LCF Hotline is available 24/7 365 days a year for any emergency operational issues relating to Limited Communication Failures.
