Dear Market Participants,
In accordance with paragraph D.3.1.1 of the Capacity Market
Code, the System Operators have published the Initial Auction Information Pack
for the 2027/2028 T-4 Capacity Auction (IAIP2728T-4). This document can be
viewed on the SEMO website - here.
In light of the delay to the issue of the IAIP2728T-4, the
Regulatory Authorities have approved an update to the Capacity Auction
Timetable here. Parties wishing to participate in the upcoming Capacity Auction
should submit an Application for Qualification to capacitymarket@sem-o.com by the
updated Qualification Application Date of the 14th April 2023, using
the latest forms published on the SEMO Website below. Parties seeking to
register a new party or unit for the first time should contact CapacityMarketRegistration@sem-o.com.

An Information Session on the 2027/2028 T-4 Capacity
Auction will take place on Thursday, 30th March from 11 am to 12 pm. The
session will take place online via MS Teams. It is not necessary to register
for the session as details of the meeting will be issued in advance. Please
submit any questions that you would like addressed at this session to capacitymarket@sem-o.com by midday
on Tuesday, 28th March 2023.
