Dear Capacity Market Participants,

In respect of the 2023/2024 T-1 Capacity Auction, the issuance of the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions will be further delayed until Tuesday, 18th April 2023. The delay has resulted from an issue in the Capacity Market Platform that has since been resolved.   

Participants will be advised once the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions are available to be viewed on the Capacity Market Platform.

In respect of the submission of Applications for Review in accordance with E.9.3.1, the Prescribed Timeframe set out in the Capacity Auction Timetable is the end of the second full Working Day after the relevant decision is notified to the Participant. On this basis, Applications for Review will be accepted until Thursday, 20th April 2023, with any non-complying Applications for Review being rejected by Friday, 21st April 2023.  

The process will continue thereafter in line with the dates set out in the Capacity Auction Timetable, CAT2324T-1.
