In advance of the short day clock change on the 31 March 2019 we have published a Limited Communications Failure (LCF) short day .xml tool, which can be found here.
A technical bulletin has also been prepared to aid Market
Participants in case they experience an LCF when submitting offer data for
Trading Day 31 March 2019. This bulletin
