Thursday 14th December 2023 until 09:00
Wednesday 03rd January 2024.
The last available effective date
for registrations prior to the freeze is Wednesday 13th December 2023, and
the first available effective date after the freeze will be Wednesday
10th January 2024.
The Registration team remain
