Dear Market Participants,
On Sunday 29th October
2023, the time will be set back one hour from 02:00am to 01:00am due
to the transition from day-light savings (DST) to normal time.
A technical bulletin and xml
generation tool has been prepared to aid Market Participants in case they
encounter an LCF when submitting offer data for Trading Day 29th October
