Dear Market Participant,
As previously notified, the Market Operator received number of Disputes in relation to Prices for the period of 1st of October to 8th of October.
These Disputes are now being upheld and will result in the correction of errors in the application of Negative Reserve.
This will lead to the re-price of all Imbalance Settlement periods affected subject to Price Materiality Threshold which is still being assessed.
Further details of timelines will be issued once available.
