Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In respect of the 2026/2027 T-1 Capacity Auction, the System Operators have notified Participants of the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions.
In line with paragraphs E.9.2.1 and E.9.2.2 of the Capacity Market Code, the System Operators have notified Participants of the Provisional SO Qualification Decision(s) via the Capacity Market Platform (“CMP”), and these are now available to view in the Participant Qualification Report.
Where the System Operators have included a qualification note in the Participant Qualification Report screen in CMP, please refer to the Provisional Qualification Results Codes for a guide to exporting these qualification notes and an explanation of the meanings of the codes used. In accordance with E.9.2.2 of the Capacity Market Code, in respect of provisionally rejected Candidate Unit(s), where a REJECT code has been included in the Qualification Notes, further detailed reasons will be provided by email directly to representatives of the Participant.
In line with paragraph E.9.3.1 of the Capacity Market Code, a Participant may request for the System Operators to review their Provisional SO Qualification Decision(s) by lodging an Application for Review with the System Operators by the end of 24 April 2026. In the event that a Participant does not receive their detailed rejection reasons by the end of today, the System Operators will afford the affected Participant additional time to lodge their Application for Review.
To assist Participants, the System Operators attach the Application for Review form to be used.
