Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In accordance with Section B.14.5.3 of the Capacity Market Code (CMC), the System Operators are publishing this notice to inform Participants that pursuant to B.14.5.1 of the CMC the Panel Chairperson has appointed a three member CMDRB from the Panel to hear and determine the Qualification Disputes arising out of the Qualification Process in relation to a Reviewable Decision in respect of the 2029/2030 T-4 Provisional Qualification Results.
The individuals who have been appointed to the CMDRB are:
- Emily Gibson
- Michael J Donnelly
- Pat Mullins
