Dear Capacity Market Participants,

Please find the updated Information Session Presentation T-4 30_31 from the Capacity Market Information Session held on 18th  August 2026 for the 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction. 

Please note the following updates: 

  1. Slide 13 - A link to the Exception Application Guidance note issued by the Regulatory Authorities has been added.
  2. Slide 18 – Due to recent changes to security requirements, when issuing New Certificates (i.e. not ones that are currently still valid), one Cert will be issued for access to CMP. Where access to MPI is required, a separate Cert will be issued.  
  3. Slide 31 - A clarification note has been added to the Implementation Plan declarations confirming that Section 7 only needs to be checked where applicable and is not a mandatory field. The Application for Qualification – CMP guide has also been updated to reflect this.
