Dear Participants,
The anomaly identified in the Indicative Settlement data for 6th - 8th March has persisted into the Initial Settlement stage. In addition, we have been notified, and have confirmed, that inaccuracies are also present in the data for 4th and 5th March, although these issues are not as significant.
We have received updated D+4 data from the Meter Data Provider. While this data shows some improvement compared with the D+1 submission, it remains materially incorrect. Proceeding with the D+4 data in its current state would result in substantial overcharging for multiple Participants.
As a consequence, we have decided to delay the publication of the Initial Settlement runs from 6th March onward, as well as the Settlement Documents scheduled for release today, 13th March by 12:00. This delay will provide time for the submission of corrected data for the affected dates. Separate Market Messages have been issued regarding both the Settlement Document delay and the Initial processing delay.
For 4th and 5th March, we expect to receive corrected data that will enable us to process an Ad Hoc resettlement run covering these dates. We will issue further communication once the publication date of this Ad Hoc run has been confirmed.
Kind regards
SEMO Settlements
