Dear Capacity Market Participants,

 

Please be advised that the Capacity Market Platform (CMP) will be on an outage on Wednesday 19^th November, between 14:00 - 15:00. During this time, Participants will not be able to access CMP.

 

Following the release of the Capacity Market Platform Qualification (CMPQ), this outage is to facilitate two updates to the system software that are necessary for the operation of the Capacity Market.

 

As this outage is within the five Working Days' notice period, this outage will proceed as an Emergency Release as it is essential to the operation of the Capacity Market. In accordance with section 2.2.3 of Agreed Procedure 5, please see below for a summary of the Emergency Release:

 

Update Number	Update Description
202511191	This update will enable the Capacity Auction Monitor to export Qualification Data from CMP for the purposes of monitoring the Capacity Market in accordance with B.10.2.7 of the Capacity Market Code.
202511192	This update will enable the Capacity Auction Monitor to view processes carried out by the System Operators within CMP for the purposes of monitoring the Capacity Market in accordance with B.10.2.7 of the Capacity Market Code.
