Dear Capacity Market Participants,
Please be advised that the Capacity Market Platform (CMP) will be on an outage on Wednesday 29/04/2026 between 11:00 and 13:30. During this time, Participants will not be able to access CMP.
This outage is to facilitate the release of the new Secondary Trading Module within the Capacity Market Platform.
As this outage is within the five Working Days' notice period, this outage will proceed as an Emergency Release as it is essential to the operation of the Capacity Market. In accordance with section 2.2.3 of Agreed Procedure 5, please see below for a summary of the Emergency Release:

Following the system update on 29/04/2026, access to the online Secondary Trading Module will be made available to Capacity Market Participant Trading Users (CMPT) on 30/04/2026. The System Operators will issue a Market Message to notify Capacity Market Participants when access has been made available.
