Dear Capacity Market Participant,
The System Operators would like to advise you that during the release of the new Secondary Trading Module on 29th April 2026, enhanced password security will also be introduced to improve system security.
Following the release, all CMP user passwords will need to be reset. Each user will receive an email from cmp.support@unicorn.com containing:
- Their CMP username
- A temporary password
It is important that your email address is correctly populated in your CMP user account to receive this information.
Once you receive the email:
- Log in to CMP using the temporary password provided.
- On first login, the system will prompt you to change your password.
- Password Complexity Requirements:
The password must contain following requirements: at least one upper case English letter, at least one lower case English letter, at least one digit, at least one special character (#, ?, !, @, $, %, ^, *, -) and minimum 14 in length.
Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to access.
