In advance of the short day clock change on the 29th March 2026 we have published a Limited Communications Failure (LCF) short day .xml tool, which can be found here.

The LCF Participant guide is published here. 

This guide contains a section on the short day clock change and will aid Market Participants should they experience an LCF when submitting offer data for Trading Day 29th March 2026.
