Dear Market Participants,

In advance of the Long Day on 28th October 2018 we have published a special Limited Communications Failure (LCF) .xml tool which can be found here. A technical bulletin has also been prepared to support this which can be found here.

 The normal Limited Communications Failure (LCF) document has also been updated based on feedback and this can be found here:

1)            Minor changes to correct the step numbers in Section 3

2)            Screenshots added to show how to encrypt the xml or zip file
