Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In respect of the 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction, the following relates to a backup process to submit Applications for Qualification in the instance where a Participant cannot submit an Application for Qualification through the Capacity Market Platform.
The Capacity Market Platform is currently operating as normal, and all applications and support documents should continue to be submitted through this channel up to the Qualification Application Closing Date (Qualification Gate Close) on 24th August 2026 as per 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction Timetable.
In the event that a Participant is still experiencing issues submitting their Application for Qualification through the Capacity Market Platform (CMP) ahead of the Qualification Application Date Submission End, the Manual Application for Qualification Submission documentation is available on the SEMO website.

Participants are reminded that the Manual Application for Qualification Submission process should be exercised only in an instance where a communication failure has occurred and not as a 'business as usual' process.
Manual Application for Qualification Submissions should reach us no later than Monday 24th August 2026.
