Dear Market Participant,

EirGrid and SONI have published an updated version of the Methodology for Determining System Operator and Non-Marginal Flags.

A summary of the changes are outlined below.

Section 2.1 has been updated to reflect Mod_09_19;
Section 2.2 (System Service Flags) has been removed in keeping with Mod_04_23;
Sections 1.3 and 2.2.1 have been updated to reflect recent Battery Storage changes (Mod_02_24);
General housekeeping amendments.
