Dear Market Participant,

SEMO would like to notify Market Participants of an additional Scheduled Release (O/P.1), targeted for deployment, subject to successful completion of all testing, on Thursday November 12^th, 2026.  The details of this additional release were not available at the original publication date of the Market System Forward Release Plan in June 2026. 

This release is to address a single high-priority defect identified in the SEMO Known Issues Report (reference 20240711-6323150 – “Application of incorrect Fixed Costs (Multiple Complex COD submission for a single trade day”). The defect to be addressed in Release O/P.1 was due to be implemented as an Emergency Release along with Release O/P but was removed to allow time to assess a consideration raised prior to the release and is now being implemented as a Scheduled Release.
