Dear Market Participant,

In accordance with Section 3.1 of Agreed Procedure 14, the Market Operator wishes to notify all Market Participants that a Participant has submitted a Notice of Dispute to the Market Operator.

This dispute relates to the submission of amended CLAF values proposed for application in market resettlement for the 2025/26 market year.

Given the nature of the matters under dispute, the outcome may have broader implications for all Market Participants with registered SEM Generator Units.

SEMO is therefore notifying Market Participants of this dispute, in accordance with B.19.1.2 of the Trading and Settlement Code.
