Dear Market Participant,
In compliance with Paragraph 9 of Condition 10A and Condition 22A of the respective Transmission System Operator Licenses, EirGrid plc and SONI Limited (‘the Transmission System Operators’), the TSOs’ are required to periodically review and update the Terms of Reference governing the Scheduling and Dispatch Audit.
In fulfilment of this requirement, we have published the draft Scheduling and Dispatch Audit Terms of Reference for 2026 and 2027 and invite interested parties to review the proposed document and provide feedback as part of the consultation process.
