In advance of the planned SDP-04 go-live,  EirGrid and SONI have published a Guide to Rebalancing which is available at the following locations on the EirGrid, SONI and SEMO websites. 

This guide is intended to provide a clear explanation of the issues addressed by the SDP-04 initiative, introduce the concept of “rebalancing”, and explain the principles behind its application.
