Dear Market Participant,

 As previously notified, the Market Operator received number of Disputes in relation to Prices for the period of 1^st of October to 8^th of October.

These Disputes are now being upheld and will result in the correction of errors in the application of Negative Reserve.

This will lead to the re-price of all Imbalance Settlement periods affected subject to Price Materiality Threshold which is still being assessed.

Further details of timelines will be issued once available.
