Dear capacity Market Participants,

 

 

This is a reminder to anyone seeking to Opt-out of the upcoming 2026/2027 T-1 Capacity Auction (under the terms of paragraph E.3 of the Capacity Market Code): The deadline to submit an Opt-out Notification is 18^th February 2026, as per the 26/27T-1 Capacity Auction Timetable.

The C33 Capacity Market Opt-Out Notification Form must be completed, signed, and uploaded to the Capacity Market Platform. Guidance on submitting an Opt-out Notification to CMP can be found on the Application for Qualification Guide.

 

 

Applications for Exceptions should be sent directly to the Regulatory Authorities at CRMsubmissions@cru.ie and CRMsubmissions@uregni.gov.uk. Guidance on submitting Exception Applications can be found on the (SEM-25-073) publication issued by the RAs on 9^th January 2026.
