Dear Capacity Market Participants,
The 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction Qualification Process opened for applications last Tuesday 4th August.
The System Operators have published a number of updates to the following documents, which should be used as part of this process:

| Participants seeking eligibility for a connection offer in respect of a Candidate Unit under CRU Direction D/26/14099, please include a completed C3PA form in your Application for Qualification. | C3PA - Confirmation of Planning Approval v1.3.docx | Where Candidate Units share the same planning permission, a single form may be submitted listing all the relevant Candidate Units |
| Participants seeking to Opt-Out in respect of a Candidate Unit, please submit a completed C33 form. | C33-Capacity-Market-Opt-Out-Notification-v1.3 | In the case of multiple Candidate Units, where the same conditions apply, a single form can be used. |
| Participants seeking to qualify Candidate Units that are Gas Turbines and are seeking a gas connection, please include a completed R2C2 form in your Application for Qualification. | R2C2 - Gas Turbine Information Consent Form (v1.3).docx | Where Candidate Units expect to share the same gas connection, they can be included on the same form. |

Initial Auction Information Pack
In accordance with Section D.3.1.1 of the Capacity Market Code, the System Operators published the Initial Auction Information Pack for the 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction on 4th August.
Applications for Qualification
Applications for Qualification are available to edit and submit on the Capacity Market Platform (CMP) for the 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction. Applications for Qualification will be available to edit and submit up until Qualification Application Date on 24th August 2026 at as per the 2030/2031 T-4 Capacity Auction Timetable.
