Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In respect of the 2029/2030 T-4 Capacity Auction, the following relates to a backup process to submit Applications for Qualification in the instance where a Participant cannot submit an Application for Qualification through the Capacity Market Platform.
The Capacity Market Platform is currently operating as normal, and all applications and support documents should continue to be submitted through this channel up to the Qualification Application Date Submission End (Qualification Gate Close) on 2nd September 2025 at 5pm as per 2029/2030 T-4 Capacity Auction Timetable.
The System Operators have already published: User Guide for submitting an Application for Qualification, CMPQ Training slides, and Information Session Presentation T-4 29_30 for more information on how to edit and submit an Application for Qualification in CMP.

Please note: The System Operators cannot advise Participants on the specific data that should be entered into their Application for Qualification, it is important that Participants understand the rules set out in the Capacity Market Code.
The System Operators can assist with questions regarding the new method of submitting an Application for Qualification in CMP including system validations etc.
In the event that a Participant is still experiencing issues submitting their Application for Qualification through the Capacity Market Platform ahead of the Qualification Application Date Submission End , the Manual Application for Qualification Submission documentation is available on the SEMO website.

Participants are reminded that the Manual Application for Qualification Submission process should be exercised only in an instance where a communication failure has occurred and not as a 'business as usual' process.
Manual Application for Qualification Submissions should reach us no later than 5pm on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
